Shipping

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight. You can choose between USPS and UPS options to find the best rate or speed for your needs.

Most orders leave the shop within 3-5 business days. Once shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information.

Local pickup

In the Eau Claire / Chippewa Valley area? Select Local pickup / delivery at checkout for free! I'll reach out to arrange a convenient pickup time or local delivery.

Returns and exchanges

I accept returns for defective items only. At this time I do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective item, I'll issue a full refund for the product cost and reimburse your return shipping expenses.
